We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition with tags attached. For hygiene and safety reasons, gear that has been used in the field cannot be returned.
Are your materials water-resistant or waterproof?
Most of our outerwear features a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating which is water-resistant. Specific professional-grade items are fully waterproof and will be labeled as such in the description.
